CORRIDOR AND PASSAGES
Exhibitors must ensure that all aisles/passages surrounding the stand are unobstructed during set-up, on show days and in emergencies.
No items, including fascia, signage, lighting, corner posts, flowers or other equipment, should block aisles and passageways, over other stands and fire exits.
PARTICIPANT NAME BADGES
Exhibitor badges must be ordered via the Exhibitor badges form under mandatory forms. You can pick up your exhibitor badges at the Tureks Service Center counter 1 day before the exhibition opening date. Exhibitors must have their exhibitor badges with them at all times when entering the halls. The deadline for application is 2 weeks before the start date of the exhibition.
VISITOR COLLAR CARDS AND VIP VISITOR PARTICIPATION
Our Online Invitation System will be active until JANUARY 29, 2025 Visitors who do not have an invitation can enter for a fee of 10 € at the entrance of the expo.

NAME BADGES FOR BOOTH FAIRS (VEHICLE ENTRY CARD)
Employees of the company that will set up the stand are also obliged to wear a badge. People without badges will not be allowed to enter the area. Badges can be obtained from the Tureks Service Centre counter in the exhibition area. Booth Contractors can enter the halls from the loading areas called hangar entrance and take their materials and equipment from this point. The hangar doors will be kept closed from the moment the expo starts and no vehicle-material entry will be allowed.
INVITATION FOR PARTICIPANTS
Exhibitors should inform the number of invitations they need in the exhibitor information form. Invitations will be delivered to you by cargo in bulk.
FORMS
For all kinds of services you may need before and during the expo, you need to make a written application to Tureks International Exhibiton or its Solution Partners at info@tureksfuar.com.tr. You can create all necessary requests from the Information Forms page.
STAND SERVICES
All the support that will be required for the standard or special stand that your company will use at the expo and what you need to do about renting extra materials are explained in the stand and special stand services section.
EXPO CATALOGUE
Expo Catalogue is prepared by the Expo Management in Turkish and English.
Our exhibitors can take part in the Expo Catalogue free of charge by filling out the Catalogue Information Form section.
If you wish, you can reach more target audience by placing a special advertisement in the Expo Catalogue.
ACCOMMODATION
For the accommodation needs of our exhibitors during the expo, our sponsor hotel Crowne Plaza Istanbul Florya offers you special prices. You can find detailed information about the company on the Accommodation options page.
TRANSPORTATION
Istanbul Expo Center has many transportation options. You can evaluate many alternatives such as transportation by car, subway, sea bus, train or plane. You can find how to reach the expo in the section on transportation to the expo center.
SECURITY
24-hour security services are provided at the expo area. Entry into the expo area with firearms will not be permitted. Upon request, security services can be provided for stands for an additional fee. For any inquiries, please contact us at info@tureksfuar.com.tr.
INSURANCE
The general insurance for the expo area is provided by the organizer, Tureks International Exhibiton However, participants are responsible for arranging additional insurance for their stands and products.
BANNERS, POSTERS, AND FLAGS
Posters may only be hung above stands with the organizer’s approval.
Hanging posters must remain within the boundaries of your own stand area and should not extend into neighboring stands.
Please ensure that you follow the installation guidelines specified within the hall. Otherwise, posters will not be permitted to be hung.
Hanging posters from the ceiling incurs an additional fee. For more information, please contact the operations team at info@tureksfuar.com.tr.
BROCHURE/ LEAFLET / GIVEAWAY DISTRIBUTION
Giveaways should be distributed in individually packaged form.
It is recommended to distribute brochures digitally via QR codes. If you wish to distribute physical materials, it must be done strictly within your own stand area.
Distribution in expo halls and corridors is strictly prohibited.
SPECIAL ADVERTISING SERVICE
Our participating companies have the opportunity to advertise around the expo area. For detailed information, please review the Sponsorship and Advertising section, or contact our team for a price quote.
CATERING SERVICES
During the expo, a restaurant and cafeteria will be available in the foyer area, where participants can meet their food and beverage needs.

CHILDREN
There are no childcare facilities available at the expo area. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to enter the exhibition under any circumstances. Please refrain from insisting on entry for children under 16.
CLEANING SERVICES
It is the participant’s responsibility to keep their stands clean at all times.
Standard stands will be cleaned and handed over to the participant prior to the expo’s opening on the first day. Participants are responsible for ongoing cleaning needs throughout the expo.
For companies with custom stands, only the participant will be responsible for the cleaning.
If you require special or additional cleaning services, please submit your requests through the participant information forms.
DELIVERY OF MATERIALS TO STANDS
Contractors are reminded to prepare stand materials a few days in advance and to thoroughly clean/sterilize materials before loading them onto vehicles.
Deliveries through the main entrances of the halls will not be permitted; all deliveries must be made through the loading areas. No deliveries will be allowed once the expo has started.
ACCESSIBILITY SERVICES
All expo halls, meeting rooms, and common areas are wheelchair accessible. Parking spaces are also reserved for disabled persons (D). All door entrances and elevators are suitable for standard wheelchairs and have low-level buttons. Visitor wheelchairs are subject to availability and can be borrowed from the INFIRMARY (Emergency Health Services) station upon presentation of valid identification.
EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES (EMS)
In case of any emergency, please contact the Tureks Service Center located in the foyer of the main hall.
An ambulance is always on standby at the expo site throughout the event.
EMERGENCY PROCEDURES AND EVACUATION PLAN
In Expo Halls 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, there are a total of 20 emergency exits.
Should it be necessary to evacuate the building, an announcement system (in English followed by Turkish) will broadcast every 15 seconds.
Upon hearing this message, you should immediately:
– Turn off any electrical equipment at your stand and proceed calmly to the nearest available exit.
– Do not stop or return to collect personal belongings.
– Ensure you follow the instructions of the organizers who will guide you to the nearest safe location.
– Participants will not be allowed to re-enter the building until authorization is received from the expo site management.
– Approved fire extinguishers of model and capacity can be found at various locations throughout the hall.
– Please ensure that all staff are aware of the following:
– Fire exits and extinguishers must never be obstructed.
– No paint or thinner may be placed near electrical distribution boxes.
– Empty cartons/boxes, catalog boxes, stand materials, and combustible waste must be disposed of without being stored behind the stands.
– Participants seeking storage for boxes should contact the official shipping company, Gruptrans, to avail of storage services.
HYGIENE AND CLEANLINESS OF EXHIBITED PRODUCTS
The stand owner must ensure that social distancing measures are in place and that all products are wiped/cleaned after use.
It is recommended that a staff member be assigned to sterilize all touchscreens and product displays / all simulators or VR equipment.
FORKLIFTS AND CRANES
(ONLY TRANSPORT BY OFFICIAL SHIPPING COMPANY ON SITE)
Participants must bring their products and equipment to the expo site by their own means. Gruptrans is the only company authorized to operate cranes and forklifts on the expo site.
No other company, participant, contractor, or agent may operate cranes, forklifts, or any other lifting machines within the expo center. These rules are to ensure the safe and smooth operation of the setup and dismantling period of the expo.
INTERNET FACILITIES
Free wifi is available throughout the expo site.
WORKERS / ASSISTANTS
Before entering the expo site, the organizer firm must be informed. SGK (Social Security Institution) and Occupational Qualification certificates must be presented to the occupational health and safety service.
For the provision of skilled or unskilled workers at the expo site, you can contact the organizer firm.
LIVE PERFORMANCES AND SHOWS
For any meetings, conferences, panels, dinners, award ceremonies, press conferences, etc., that your company wishes to organize during the expo, it is mandatory to inform the Tureks Team in advance. All events planned during the expo will be announced in the Event Calendar and the expo’s bulletins for support. Additionally, the Tureks Team will provide the necessary support for the organization of the events.
Participants wishing to hold any live shows must contact the show operations team at info@tureksfuar.com.tr at least 1 month before the expo.
LIVE PERFORMANCES
Participants planning any live entertainment at their stands, such as musicians, fashion show models, dancers, DJs, or group performers, must obtain a show permit through the organizers.
If the show permit application is not submitted on time (at least 1 month before the expo) or if the show continues without approval, the participant will be subject to a non-compliance fee.

LOST AND FOUND
Reports of lost or stolen property should be made to the security office located at the expo center. While every precaution is taken to safeguard your belongings throughout the event, the organizers and the expo center cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your property.
NOISE LEVELS
Participants are requested to keep the noise/sound levels of music systems, audiovisual displays, amplifiers, videos, demonstration machines, live shows, etc., at a low level. Sound levels should not interfere with normal conversation at neighboring stands. Excessive noise within the expo halls should not prevent visitors from hearing emergency announcements.

OPENING CEREMONY
The expo will officially open on the first day. Participants will be informed in advance of the opening ceremony or any other ceremonies if they are to be held. At official event openings, only pre-authorized press personnel are permitted in front of the VIP area.
PARKING
Parking is paid for all participants and visitors. You can obtain a bulk entry card for more affordable service throughout the expo.
PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY
Our solution partner provides services for photo and video shoots of participating companies at the expo site.
For related requests, the request form must be filled out in the information forms section and submitted to the Tureks Team.
Participants wishing to employ their own photographers must contact the operations team at info@tureksfuar.com.tr to arrange authorization and access. Those found taking photos or filming without permission will be removed from the expo center.
PRAYER ROOM
There is a prayer room for both men and women at the expo site.
DRAWINGS AND GIFTS
Depending on the type of drawing or promotion, especially if there are financial implications, special permission may be required from the National Lottery Administration. If you wish to hold a drawing or promotion during the expo, please contact the organizers for more information at info@tureksfuar.com.tr.
STAND SETUP AND DISMANTLING PROCEDURES
Setup:
Use flat boxes, clearly labeled with participant details, e.g., company name, hall, and stand number, etc.
Ensure adequate staff are present at the stand to receive and inventory shipments.
Report any discrepancies in received goods immediately to the sender.
Ensure you have appropriate insurance coverage.
Store valuable items off-site.
During the Expo:
No items are to be stored behind the stands as they will be discarded.
Never leave your stand unattended. Samples or briefcases/handbags can be easily taken.
Computers, VCRs, projectors, monitors, and other electronic devices are attractive to thieves. They should always be protected.
Report all security incidents immediately to expo security or the organizers.
Secure/store valuable items off-site.
Dismantling:
Remain with your items until they are collected from your stand.
Do not leave your stand unattended. During this busy period, many strangers have access to the halls.
Store plasma screens, computer monitors, or other electrical equipment in flat boxes labeled with non-identifiable information for security purposes.
SMOKING POLICY
According to the laws of the Republic of Turkey, smoking is prohibited in expo halls and corridors. A smoke-free policy will be enforced throughout all stages of the expo days.
Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
STORAGE
Empty cases, boxes, etc., should not be stored in or behind participant stands. Participants are responsible for ensuring the prompt disposal or storage of items until they are needed for re-shipment at the end of the expo.
If you need storage during the event, you can contact Gruptrans.
Storage behind stands is strictly prohibited. Items left behind stands will be disposed of immediately during the daily main cleaning. Participants looking for storage space for boxes can use Gruptrans storage services.
The floor load capacity for expo halls is 1000 kg per square meter.
BRANDS
No registered trademark, design, or patent infringement is allowed at the expo.
HEIGHT LIMIT
The maximum height for single-story stands is 4.00 m. The maximum height for double-story stands is 5.50 m (a structural report is mandatory). The maximum product height in the expo area is 7.00 m. WASTE MATERIALS
Participants are responsible for the removal of their own waste during construction and dismantling. It is mandatory to keep the area around your stand clean at all times. Paint cans should not be directly thrown into waste bins and must be removed from the expo building. All costs for the removal and disposal of abandoned items will be charged to the relevant participant company or stand company.
