How to register for the show as an exhibitor ?
You can fill out the online application form or contact us via email or phone
How to register for the show as an visitor ?
You can create your visitor card through the online invitation section. If you haven’t created your card yet, you can register at the counters at the fair entrance. We recommend registering in advance to avoid waiting in line and paying a fee.
Who can visit the exhibition?
The show is for industry members, buyers, investors, business people and other commercial visitors. It is not open to children, unrelated visitors and the general public.

How can I access technical services related show setup?
A password will be sent to you 4 months before the start of the fair so that you can log in to the exhibitor panel. You will be able to access all technical services and place orders from this panel.
What are mounting and dismounting dates ?
“Stand Setup Days and Times
January 28, 2025 – Tuesday 09:00 – Work will continue 24 hours.
January 29, 2025 – Wednesday 09:00 – Work will continue 24 hours.
January 30, 2025 – Thursday 06:00 – 10:00 (Only internal stand setup)
Stand Dismantling Days and Times
February 1, 2025 – Saturday 19:00 – 24:00
February 2, 2025 – Sunday 08:00 – 15:00
Note: On Wednesday, January 29, 2025, after 16:00, vehicles will not be allowed into the halls as the corridor carpets will be laid. Vehicles inside the halls will be removed, and the corridors will be cleared.”
Is there a fee for attending the exhibition? How can I obtain an invitation to participate in the exhibition?
“Access to the show is free for industry professionals with an invitation code.
Visitors without an invitation can enter for a fee of 350 TL – 10 Euro.
You can fill out the online invitation form on our website to create your badge.
Invitations for children are not valid.”
Are children and pets allowed to enter?
“Bringing children and pets is strongly discouraged.
- THE SHOW IS CLOSED TO VISIT TO CHILDREN UNDER 16 YEARS OLD AS A COMMERCIAL FAIR.
- INVITATIONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR CHILDREN.
- CHILD ENTRANCE CAN BE MADE WITH SPECIAL PERMISSION IN MANDATORY SITUATIONS AND WITH SECTORAL VISITORS.
- CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL PERMISSION WILL BE ATTACHED WITH SEPARATIVE BRACELET.
- A CHILD ENTERED WITH SPECIAL PERMISSION WITH THEIR PARENT WILL NOT BE LEFT FROM THE FAMILY.
- CHILDREN WITHOUT WRISTBAND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
- THE TOYS ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT INSTALLED AND SAFE.
- THE ORGANIZER CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR NEGATIVES TO BE EXPERIENCED.”
Are students allowed to attend the exhibition?
Students can participate in the exhibition as part of a group visit accompanied by a teacher
Is there a fee to attend the conferences?
Attendance at the conferences organized in the exhibition area is free. You can access the conference program on our website.
How can I reach the exhibition area?
You can check the ‘Exhibition Transportation’ menu under the ‘Exhibition’ menu
How can I access the exhibitor list?
Exhibitor list will be published on our website as of November 15.
Is there car parkin area?
“The Istanbul Expo Center has a parking facility with a capacity of approximately 3,000 vehicles. Special parking areas are available for our guests with disabilities.
